From the start I was impressed by reading the historical origins of the company called, JOHN THE PLUMBER. Then I was further impressed that I could back up my after hours service call with an online request for service form. Not even out of bed yet, and I received a call from the office, confirming my service call and gathering additional information. I was informed that my service call is scheduled for between 9 am and 1 pm. I received 2 additional calls during the morning, informing me of , my assigned technicians' name, (Shane) and his progress to my location. Shane was super professional, and knowledgeable about all things plumbing. I was delighted that Shane was able to quickly solve my plumbing problem for a very reasonable charge, but what impressed me the most was the care he took to clean up after himself when the job was done. With so much competition out there, I am so happy I landed with JOHN THE PLUMBER, a truly first class operation.

Carl was respectful of our request to mask-up before entering our home, and further respectful of our entire property while investigating our numerous concerns. He was quick to advise some of our concerns were unnecessary and educated us on what could be done to remedy our remaining problems. Further, he was able to fulfill our request to quote options and offered his recommendations. We would not hesitated to have Carl return for any further plumbing needs.

Gary as well as every other technician I've ever had come out to do work for me from John the plumber are awesome! Very professional, explain what is being done, and always find a solution for any problem that is thrown at them. The office staff is also great at communicating with you as well. 5 Stars will use John the Plumber every time!

John The Plumber in general is a great company. They have shown honesty and integrity throughout my entire experience with them from the initial phone call. I would like to shout out Shane the technician who visited me today who was kind, considerate, immaculate, professional and honest and completely transparent. John the Plumber gave me a great price on some plumbing work. Less than half the price of another plumbing company I contacted first. They have done a great job so far. Highly recommend.

We were given an appointment time window of 12–4 PM. At 12 PM, I received a message notifying me that the technician/plumber was in route. At that time, we weren’t home, but they kindly accommodated our request to adjust the appointment to later within the original time window. The receptionist was incredibly kind, professional, and provided excellent customer service throughout. When the technician (Ace) was on his way again, I received another notification, and he arrived within 30 minutes. Ace tested the water heater, thoroughly explained the issue, and provided a detailed solution along with a cost estimate and an estimated timeline for completing the service. He was patient and helpful as we scheduled our service date. I would highly recommend using John the Plumber if you’re looking for a local, reliable, and responsible company that truly prioritizes its customers. Unlike many corporate companies that rush through jobs to meet quotas and treat customers like numbers, John the Plumber provides a personal touch and excellent service.

They are worth every penny - efficient, knowledgeable and conscientious. I had been dealing for months with this leak - I had plumbers who weren't interested, never showed up and one who came out and said he solved the problem. Highly recommend Shane and his assistant .

Gary from John the plumber came to my house and diagnosed the problem immediately. He told me exactly what he planned to do to repair the plumbing problem. He came back the next day and completed the job and it was perfect. I highly recommend John the plumber for your plumbing needs.
